Your rental records and photos are private. Account owners can access their records; invited roommates receive read access. Photo downloads use short-lived links.

A public report verification link shows the street address, report type, finalized time, photo count, delivery status, and fingerprint. It does not show photos, names, or unit numbers. Rental data is intended to be retained for 24 months after move-out. Automated retention cleanup is not active yet.
